A Women’s Wellness Surf Session Exploring Sovereignty + Raising Our Frequency

In this Women’s Wellness Surf Session, we explore what it means to return to ourselves—to reconnect with our inner voice, reclaim our energy, and move through the world with greater clarity, presence, and self-trust.

The ocean invites us into this naturally.

To surf is to listen. To pay attention. To feel when to paddle, when to pause, when to rise, and when to let go. It asks us to become deeply attuned to both our environment and ourselves.

In many ways, raising our frequency is less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who we are beneath the noise, pressure, comparison, and expectations we carry.

Together, we’ll explore what sovereignty feels like in the body: grounded, open, intuitive, alive.

We’ll begin on land with mindful grounding, guided meditation, gentle movement, written reflection, and group connection—creating space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with our own internal rhythm.

From there, we’ll take that awareness into the ocean through 1.5 hours of surfing or boogie boarding, allowing the water to become both mirror and medicine.

The ocean has a way of clearing static. It pulls us into the present moment. Into breath. Into sensation. Into awe. And when we become fully present, something begins to shift.

We stop abandoning ourselves. We stop performing.

We begin listening to the deeper intelligence within us.

Surfing teaches us to trust our timing, honor our instincts, and move with life rather than force against it. Some waves are meant to be paddled for. Others are meant to pass. The wisdom is learning the difference.

As we reconnect with ourselves in the water, we also reconnect with joy, play, vitality, intuition, and possibility—the very things that naturally elevate our energy and expand our sense of aliveness.

We’ll close the session with a grounding wind-down circle, restorative yoga, and intentional reflection to support integration, embodiment, and renewal.

Session Includes

  • 1 hour of mindfulness, grounding meditation, gentle movement, written reflection, and group share

  • 1.5 hours of surfing or ocean expression

  • 30-minute restorative wind-down circle + restorative yoga

Investment

$150 per session.
