Blue Mind Sessions

These heart-centered sessions weave mindfulness and Blue Mind therapy into a powerful experience of self-discovery and healing. From grounding beach rituals and breath-led movement to learning how to ride the waves with intention, each moment is designed to reconnect you with your inner strength. Whether you’re a beginner,  just learning to surf, or already have a dedicated surf practice, these sessions offer a safe, empowering space to release fear, embrace play, and ride the waves of life together. We’ll start with an hour of mindful intention and movement to ground and awaken the body, then dive into an hour of expression in the ocean or Blue Mind space of your choice (lakes, rivers, bay) with your chosen activity (boogie boarding, paddleboarding or surfing), and finish with a few restorative yoga poses and reflection on the sand, leaving you feeling restored, connected, and renewed.

Waves of Love

These circles are a safe and welcoming container to explore nature-based and trauma-informed approaches to help individuals and communities process grief and loss. Participants will be welcomed into a compassionate community space where breathwork, mindfulness, movement, and reflective rituals blend seamlessly with time spent in and around the ocean (or Blue Mind space of your choice). With skilled guidance and a focus on honoring each person’s unique grief journey, this program offers not only tools for resilience and emotional expression but also moments of joy, play, and renewal. Whether you’re boogie boarding, paddleboarding, surfing, or simply sitting with the waves, you’ll leave with a deeper connection to yourself, your story, and the ever-changing tides of healing.

Surf Coaching

Our surf lessons are open to all levels, whether you’re a beginner or intermediate surfer looking to sharpen your skills. With expert instruction and encouraging and supportive coaching, we’ll help you build solid technique and the kind of confidence that grows every time you paddle out. You’ll feel stronger and more capable in the water—and more grounded and resilient back on shore. Surfing with us isn’t just about riding waves; it’s about learning to flow with whatever life brings your way, and we’re here to help you along the way.

Yoga

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, our individual and group sessions are a supportive space that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
