This Empowerment-focused session is designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength and self-trust. Together, we’ll explore what strength feels like in the body—how to access it, how to hold it, and how to return to it when life pulls you off center.

Through guided intention-setting and movement, we’ll ground into the body before entering the ocean for an hour of surfing or boogie boarding. The waves offer a powerful mirror—inviting you to practice balance, resilience, and trust in real time.

We’ll close with restorative yoga and reflection on the sand, helping you integrate the experience and leave feeling more connected, confident, and anchored in yourself.

Connection: Building Community

In this holistic surf experience, we gather to lift each other up and cultivate meaningful connection in and out of the water. In partnership with our friends at AquaSurf in Santa Monica, this session brings together a deeply supportive, heart-centered community experience where we explore the power of community—what it means to feel seen, supported, and like you truly belong.

The ocean is a shared space. In the lineup, we learn to move together—to read one another, to take turns, to offer encouragement, and to respect the rhythm of those around us. Like the diverse ecosystem beneath the surface, each of us enters the water with our own story, our own pace, our own way of being—and together, we learn how to coexist.

Through mindful intention and connection, we begin by grounding into the body and into the group—creating a space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything to be accepted. Then, we take that sense of shared presence into the water for an hour of surfing or boogie boarding, supported by the experienced team at AquaSurf.

There is something powerful about witnessing and being witnessed—about stepping into something new while held in the energy of others doing the same.

We close with restorative yoga and reflection on the sand, deepening connection not only to yourself, but to the women around you—leaving with a sense of sisterhood that extends beyond the shoreline.

A Women’s Wellness Surf Session Exploring Resilience + Self-Trust

In this Women’s Wellness Surf Session, we explore how resilience is built—not by avoiding fear, but by learning how to move through it with presence, awareness, and trust in ourselves.

The ocean offers one of the most honest environments to practice this. In its ever-changing landscape, fear may naturally arise: a hold down, getting caught in the impact zone, or seeing a wave rise larger than expected. These experiences are all a natural part of surfing—and they invite us into something deeper.

When we slow down, breathe, and stay connected to ourselves instead of panicking, we begin to trust our ability to respond to uncertainty. Little by little, resilience forms.

We’ll begin on land with mindful grounding, guided meditation, gentle movement, written reflection, and group connection—gently exploring how fear, trust, and self-protection show up within the body and nervous system.

From there, we’ll carry that awareness into the ocean through 1.5 hours of surfing or boogie boarding, where the waves become both teacher and mirror.

Surfing reminds us that falling is part of the process. We wipe out. We lose our footing. We get held under. And then—we resurface.

Again and again, we return to ourselves.

Each time we come back up and realize we are okay, something shifts. The body learns. The nervous system adapts. Trust begins to build.

Just as surfers learn to read the water and trust their instincts, we’ll explore how to reconnect with our own inner knowing—strengthening the quiet voice within that says: I can meet this moment.

We’ll close the session with a grounding wind-down circle, restorative yoga, and intentional reflection to support integration and renewal.

A Women’s Wellness Surf Session Exploring Sovereignty + Raising Our Frequency

In this Women’s Wellness Surf Session, we explore what it means to return to ourselves—to reconnect with our inner voice, reclaim our energy, and move through the world with greater clarity, presence, and self-trust.

The ocean invites us into this naturally.

To surf is to listen. To pay attention. To feel when to paddle, when to pause, when to rise, and when to let go. It asks us to become deeply attuned to both our environment and ourselves.

In many ways, raising our frequency is less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who we are beneath the noise, pressure, comparison, and expectations we carry.

Together, we’ll explore what sovereignty feels like in the body: grounded, open, intuitive, alive.

We’ll begin on land with mindful grounding, guided meditation, gentle movement, written reflection, and group connection—creating space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with our own internal rhythm.

From there, we’ll take that awareness into the ocean through 1.5 hours of surfing or boogie boarding, allowing the water to become both mirror and medicine.

The ocean has a way of clearing static. It pulls us into the present moment. Into breath. Into sensation. Into awe. And when we become fully present, something begins to shift.

We stop abandoning ourselves. We stop performing.

We begin listening to the deeper intelligence within us.

Surfing teaches us to trust our timing, honor our instincts, and move with life rather than force against it. Some waves are meant to be paddled for. Others are meant to pass. The wisdom is learning the difference.

As we reconnect with ourselves in the water, we also reconnect with joy, play, vitality, intuition, and possibility—the very things that naturally elevate our energy and expand our sense of aliveness.

In this Women’s Wellness Surf Session, we explore the connection between creativity, confidence, and self-expression—gently releasing comparison, perfectionism, and the inner critic in order to reconnect with play, curiosity, and our authentic voice.

The ocean reminds us that expression does not need to be perfect to be meaningful.

No two waves are ever the same. No two surfers are either.

In the water, we begin to understand that there is no single “right” way to move, create, fall, learn, or grow. Surfing invites us into presence rather than performance—and in doing so, it becomes a powerful practice in self-trust and creative freedom.

Together, we’ll explore what happens when we stop measuring ourselves against others and begin honoring our own rhythm instead.

We’ll begin on land with mindful grounding, guided meditation, gentle movement, written reflection, and group connection—creating space to soften self-judgment, reconnect with the body, and return to a more playful, intuitive state.

From there, we’ll take that awareness into the ocean through 1.5 hours of surfing or boogie boarding, where the waves become both teacher and mirror.

As we move through the water together, we’ll explore how creativity and confidence grow when we allow ourselves to be seen, take up space, and express ourselves without needing to “get it right.”

The lineup itself becomes a reflection of how we move through shared spaces in life: how we compare, how we hold back, how we celebrate ourselves, and how we support one another.

This session also invites you into creative exploration as expression rather than performance.

Using natural elements and simple materials—sand, shells, driftwood, watercolor, movement, writing, or mandala creation—we’ll create space for your unique voice to emerge organically and without pressure.

We’ll close the session with a grounding wind-down circle, restorative yoga, and intentional reflection to support integration, creativity, and renewal.

In this Women’s Wellness Surf Session, we explore the healing power of community—what it means to feel supported, connected, and fully ourselves in the presence of others.

The ocean reminds us that we were never meant to move through life alone.

In the lineup, we learn quickly that surfing is both an individual and collective experience. We celebrate one another’s waves. We wait our turn. We encourage each other after wipeouts. We share space with strangers, friends, beginners, and experienced surfers alike—all learning to move within the same ever-changing water.

And in many ways, life asks the same of us.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to soften isolation, release the pressure to perform, and reconnect with authentic belonging through presence, vulnerability, and shared experience.

We’ll begin on land with mindful grounding, guided meditation, gentle movement, written reflection, and group connection—creating space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and gently open ourselves to deeper connection with both self and others.

From there, we’ll carry that awareness into the ocean through 1.5 hours of surfing or boogie boarding, where the waves become both teacher and gathering place.

As we move through the water together, we’ll explore how community can become a place of nourishment rather than comparison—a space where we are allowed to show up exactly as we are.

This session is an invitation to reconnect with the simple, human experience of belonging.

Healing: Let go and Renew

In collaboration with our friends at AquaSurf, this session offers a supportive space to let go, reset, and renew, as we move through the water with intention and support.

The ocean is in a constant state of release and return—waves rise, break, and dissolve, only to gather again. It reminds us that letting go isn’t an ending, but a natural rhythm…one that makes space for something new.

When we step into the water, we’re invited into the present moment. What we’ve been carrying—stress, expectations, old stories—we can begin to leave behind on the sand. Not by force, but by awareness.

This experience is an invitation to gently explore where you might be holding on…
Where you feel stuck, guarded, or unsure how to move forward.
And to meet those places with curiosity instead of judgment.

We begin with mindful intention and grounding on the beach, creating space to connect inward and notice what’s asking for care, attention, or release.

Then, we enter the ocean—where movement becomes medicine. Through surfing or boogie boarding, you’ll feel what it’s like to soften, to fall, to rise again…to let the water hold you as you practice surrender and trust.

We close with restorative yoga and reflection on the sand, allowing the body and nervous system to settle, integrate, and renew.

Women's Wellness SUP Experience

There’s something powerful that happens when women gather by water — there’s an opportunity for release, a reset, and renewal. Women’s Wellness SUP Days were created to honor that power, offering women a welcoming environment to explore gentle movement with guided breathwork, reflection, and soul-deep connection. This experience invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the steady rhythm of your body, your breath, and the natural world.

These gatherings are designed for women of all ages and abilities who crave connection — with nature, with community, and with their own inner strength. Set on Bald Eagle Lake, this two-hour session offers a space to slow down, breathe deep, and let the healing power of water carry you. And while there's space for stillness and soulwork, there's just as much room for laughter and joy, and the kind of lightness that lingers long after you leave the lake.

Whether you’re brand new to stand-up paddleboarding or an experienced waterwoman, you are welcome here.

Session includes:

  • 20 minutes of grounding breathwork and gentle movement on the shore

  • 25 minutes of reflection through journaling prompts and partner/group shares

  • 30 minutes of water time (SUP or kayaking).

  • 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga and Reiki energy balancing

  • 10 minutes of reflection/group share

  • 5 minutes of breathwork/meditation to close

This is a day to release stress, rekindle your sense of joy, and remember that you belong — to yourself, to the earth, and to the water.

Ideal for:
Mothers, first-timers, nature lovers, those navigating transitions, and any woman seeking renewal and sisterhood.

What to bring:
A swimsuit or water-friendly clothing, towel, water bottle, sunscreen, journal, and an open heart.
