In this Women’s Wellness Surf Session, we explore what it means to step into your power through the wisdom of the ocean. Power here isn’t about force—it’s about how you meet the wave.

It’s finding your power stance on your board—steady, grounded and present—even in motion.
It’s trusting that when you get knocked down, you know how to come back up.
Through mindful intention and somatic movement, we’ll begin by grounding into the body and exploring what power feels like from the inside out. Then, we take it into the water—an hour of surfing or boogie boarding where the ocean becomes both teacher and mirror, inviting you to practice resilience, balance, and self-trust in real time.
We’ll close with restorative yoga and reflection on the sand, integrating the experience and anchoring into a deeper sense of confidence and connection.
