Regulation and Reclamation: Coming Home to Your Body

  • 1 Newport Pier Newport Beach, CA, 92663 United States (map)

Join us for a special Women’s Wellness Surf Day + Restorative Yoga Experience with Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer, Shannon Kaassoff

The ocean has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.

During this special event, we gather in community to explore the connection between nervous system regulation and body reclamation—learning how to soften out of survival mode and return to a deeper sense of safety, presence, and belonging within ourselves.

We’ll begin with a guided beach circle, where we’ll move through breathwork, grounding practices, and gentle reflection to reconnect with the body as something to listen to, trust, and come home to.

From there, we’ll enter the water for 40 minutes of surf expression (surfing, boogie boarding, etc.) - a space to feel, move, and experience the ocean in your own way.

We’ll close our ocean time with a short integration circle on the sand before transitioning to a private, lush garden sanctuary—an intimate space held at the home of yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and intuitive healer Shannon Kassoff.

Here, you’ll be guided through a private, 60-minute restorative yoga and meditation session designed to support deep rest, energetic balance, and full-body integration. Shannon’s work blends breath, stillness, and subtle energy practices to help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner calm.

Your 3-Hour Experience Includes:

  • Mindful intention and movement to ground & awaken the body

  • Expression in the ocean (boogie boarding or surfing with instructors)

  • Restorative yoga and reflection, led by Shannon Kassoff, leaving you feeling restored, connected, and renewed

About Shannon:

Shannon Kassoff is a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and intuitive healer devoted to guiding others back to their true nature. With over a decade of experience in yoga and energy work, her path began as a physical practice and evolved into a deeply spiritual calling rooted in self-awareness, compassion, and healing.

Through her work in restorative yoga, Reiki, and breath-based practices, Shannon helps others regulate their nervous systems, release stored tension and trauma, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her approach is both gentle and powerful—creating spaces where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the heart can open.

She believes that healing happens when we return to ourselves—and she is honored to guide others on that path.
